We are not responsible if the address entered it’s not correct or if the packages established as delivered and haven’t arrived. The client is responsible for shipping again if the item was returned because of that.
Every order will take 7-14 days to ship out, we are not responsible for delays with the Post Mail. Most of our pieces are handmade and made by order. Usually we ship out 2-3 days per week.
